The story behind Bailey’s Sports.
Founded by Jacob and Jordan Bailey, Bailey’s Sports brings together two organizations with deep roots in Central Oregon — built on a simple mission: help every child find confidence, connection, and joy through movement.
“Community is at the heart of everything we do. Bailey’s Sports is more than a facility — it’s a vision for the future of Central Oregon.”
— Jordan Bailey, Co-Founder
About Us
Bailey’s Sports is the next chapter of Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy (COGA) and Truckstop Action Sports — two organizations with deep roots in our community. Founded by Jacob and Jordan Bailey, our mission is simple: to create a place where every child can find confidence, connection, and joy through movement.
For over a decade, the Baileys have helped kids discover the power of sport. At COGA, more than 1,000 athletes train each week in gymnastics, tumbling, ninja, and cheer. Through Truckstop Action Sports, hundreds of young riders have gained confidence on scooters, skateboards, and BMX bikes at camps and clinics in partnership with Bend Parks & Rec.
Bailey’s Sports is where these two legacies come together — a multi-sport campus designed for all ages and abilities. From traditional sports like volleyball, cheer, and gymnastics to action sports like skateboarding, scooter, and BMX, we believe in giving every child the opportunity to explore, grow, and thrive.
Meet the Baileys.

Jacob Bailey
Jacob is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience in non-profit strategy, fundraising, and sports entrepreneurship. He holds a BS degree in International Business and a Master’s in Linguistics. Jacob revitalized Bend’s Truckstop Skate Park vision by founding Truckstop Action Sports, a nonprofit that reshaped the landscape of action sports programming in Central Oregon.
With a diverse international competitive sports background and a deep passion for youth development, Jacob has led empowerment camps and created opportunities for kids to grow through action sports. Fluent in Japanese, Spanish, and English, he builds meaningful connections across cultures. Beyond his professional work, Jacob is deeply committed to his community, faith, and family of eight.

Jordan Bailey
Jordan embodies a lifelong love of fitness, community engagement, and strong business leadership. Raised in a household that valued discipline, hard work, and sports, she excelled both academically and athletically. Jordan went on to build a successful career in real estate, where her team quickly rose to the top 1% of all real estate brokers in Central Oregon.
In 2021, Jordan and Jacob acquired Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy (COGA). Under her leadership, COGA has grown into a thriving institution serving roughly 1,000 children each week. As a business owner and mother of six, Jordan balances strategic leadership with a passion for creating spaces where kids and families can thrive — her vision and dedication are at the heart of Bailey’s Sports.

Helping kids identify their dreams — and build a path to reach them.
At Bailey’s Sports, we believe that sports have the power to change kids’ lives. Kids learn how to challenge themselves, trust their bodies, set and achieve goals, work through adversity and form meaningful connections with their teammates and coaches. No matter their chosen sport or goals, it’s our mission to help them identify their dreams and aspirations, then create meaningful pathways to help them succeed.
We believe in showing kids how to appreciate physical fitness and the importance of moving their bodies. Through consistent participation in sports, kids develop not only strong, healthy bodies but also confident, healthy minds. We want every child to experience the joy and long-term benefits that come from an active lifestyle.
We also believe that working with kids is an honor and a privilege, and we treat our individual roles with that level of care and respect. Our purpose goes beyond developing great athletes; it’s about shaping strong, kind and resilient young people who carry the lessons they learn here into every part of their lives.
What guides us every day.
Character First
We believe in coaching the person before the athlete. Character, respect and integrity are at the heart of everything we do. We hold our athletes and ourselves to high standards because who they become matters most.
Positive Coaching
We believe the best coaching happens through positive feedback, encouragement and reinforcement. We focus on what kids are doing right and use challenges as opportunities to grow. Our coaches model the same attitudes and behaviors we hope to inspire in our athletes.
Accountability and Structure
We believe accountability and structure help kids feel secure and supported. We set clear expectations for effort, behavior and teamwork, and we hold athletes responsible for meeting those expectations with the same consistency and fairness we expect from ourselves.
Growth Through Challenge
We know real growth happens when kids learn to push through difficulty. Sports teach perseverance, patience and resilience, and we guide kids through those moments with encouragement, positivity and belief in their potential.
Community and Connection
We believe sports build lasting community. We want every child in Central Oregon to find a place to belong, a space where they are known, supported and encouraged to grow.
Individual Journeys, Shared Purpose
Every athlete’s path is unique, and we celebrate that. We help kids see their progress through personal growth rather than comparison. Our goal is to help each athlete discover their own version of success and take pride in their journey.
Commitment to Excellence
We believe excellence shines through structure, accountability, positivity and consistency. From coaching and safety to communication and operations, we aim to set the standard in everything we do.
Building Healthy Bodies and Minds
We believe that developing physical strength, coordination and endurance goes hand in hand with building confidence, focus and emotional wellbeing. Our programs encourage kids to move their bodies, value fitness and understand that health is more than physical, it’s mental, emotional and social too.
Leading by Example
We believe the best way to lead is to live out our values daily. Our leadership and coaching teams model respect, effort, humility and consistency. We teach not only through words but through how we show up, work and serve others.
