Built to grow with every gymnast.
Classes focus on individual skill development, allowing gymnasts to move freely through the program as their skills improve and their coaches recommend advancement to the next level. Each child progresses at her own pace, and we’re here to support every gymnast’s unique journey.
Our amazing, supportive coaching staff uses structured weekly lesson plans and rotating stations. This approach ensures balanced time on every event, giving each gymnast the tools to master fundamentals, gain strength and coordination, and achieve personal milestones in a positive, encouraging environment.

Beginning
This is also an intro level class, using roughly the same lesson plan and core skills as our Lil Beginners class, but moves at a faster pace. Typically the most appropriate class for beginner level kids age 7+.
It can be hard to attain the skills to move into Intermediate, so this class is for students who are getting close to Intermediate, but are not quite there.
Please note: these classes start on September 1st. Enrollment opens for everyone on Monday, August 3rd at 7:00 AM.

Intermediate
This class is best suited for kids who have some formal recreational gymnastics experience. We continue to improve our basics and move forward to more complex skills on the bars, beam, vault and floor. More conditioning and stronger stretches are added at this level to ensure the strength and flexibility to perform these skills.
Students work on strengthening floor skills introduced in beginners, without the assistance of mats. On bars, the pullover is mastered alone without a coaches spot while back hip circles and glide swings are introduced. On Vault, students begin learning how to punch into handstands on an elevated surface as well as many other vault basics. Beam is introduced with different walks, jumps, turns, and the beginning of handstands on the beam.
It is very common for athletes to remain in this level for several sessions, or longer, as the skills they must master begin getting more complex.
Please note: these classes start on September 1st. Enrollment opens for everyone on Monday, August 3rd at 7:00 AM.

Advanced
This is the last level before our Pre-Team classes. We continue to progress and build up to hard skills. It is very common for athletes to remain in this level for several sessions, or longer, as the skills they must master begin getting more complex.
On floor, students learn back walkovers, front limbers, round offs, and handstand forward rolls. On bars, students begin learning the beginnings of kips & squat ons, as well as refining their pullovers, back hip circles and glide swings. On vault, students begin practicing handstand on the actual vault apparatus, as well as learning the first competitive vault; a handstand flatback. On beam, the handstand is progressed to a medium beam, while more difficult skills like leaps, turns, split jumps and a side handstand dismount is introduced.
Students who have graduated Advanced and would like to try out for Pre-Team should remain in Advanced until the next Pre-Team tryouts.
Please note: these classes start on September 1st. Enrollment opens for everyone on Monday, August 3rd at 7:00 AM.
