How it works
Buy it in about a minute, and the recipient can use it the same day.
Pick an amount
Choose $25, $50 or $100, or set your own amount. You do not need an account with us, and neither does the person receiving it.
We email the card
Send it straight to the recipient, or to yourself if you would rather hand it over in person. Add a short message at checkout.
They use it anywhere we take payment
At either front desk, in the online shop, or toward a class tuition balance. Any leftover value stays on the card for next time.
What it covers
Anything we ring up at either location, plus tuition.
Checking your balance
Have the card handy. You will need the 16 digit number printed on the back of a physical card, or the code in your eGift card email.
Call us at 541-919-5700 or stop by either front desk and any staff member can look it up in a few seconds. We cannot find a card by name, so please have the number ready.
Using part of a card is fine. Whatever is left over stays on it until you spend it, and you can add more value at either desk any time.
Gift card terms
The short version: it never expires, we never charge fees, and it works at both gyms.
Where it works
Gift cards are honored at Bailey’s Sports Complex and at Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy. A card purchased at one location works at the other.
What it covers
Merchandise, open play, Playmania, birthday parties, camps, clinics and class tuition. Gift cards may be used for part of a purchase, with the balance paid by any other accepted method.
Expiration and fees
Gift cards have no expiration date. The balance does not decline over time and we do not charge inactivity, maintenance, service or any other fee that reduces the value of a card.
Balances
A card may be used across as many visits as it takes to spend the balance. Additional value can be added to a card at either front desk. To check a balance, bring or call in the card number, or ask any staff member.
Cash redemption
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, with one exception required by Oregon law: once a card has been used for at least one purchase and the remaining balance is less than $5, the cardholder may request that balance in cash or by check.
Class tuition
Gift card value applied to a family’s class account is posted as an account credit. Once applied it is subject to our normal tuition, withdrawal and refund policies, and it cannot be moved back onto the gift card.
Lost, stolen or damaged cards
Please treat a gift card like cash. We can only research or replace a card if you can provide the card number or the original purchase receipt. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of a card after the card number has been shared with someone else.
Returns
Gift cards themselves are not returnable or refundable. Items purchased with a gift card follow our standard return policy, and approved returns are credited back to the gift card, not issued as cash.
Promotional cards
Cards issued free of charge or at a discount as part of a promotion may carry their own expiration date and restrictions, which will be stated on the card at the time it is issued.
