Ninja Coach
$19–$24/hrBailey’s Sports is looking for an energetic and dependable Ninja Coach to join our growing Ninja program at Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy in Bend, Oregon.
We Are Immediately Hiring For
- Mondays, 3:00pm–7:00pm
- Tuesdays, 2:45pm–6:45pm
- Wednesdays, 1:30pm–5:30pm
Opportunities for additional hours for the right candidate.
Our recreational Ninja program works with kids ages 4–12 and focuses on movement, confidence, coordination and fun. We run obstacle courses, ninja cage routes, skill-based training and in-house Ninja competitions that give athletes exciting opportunities to challenge themselves and grow. We’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, connects well with kids and thrives in an active environment. Experience coaching Ninja is a bonus, but not required: we can train the right candidate!

Responsibilities Include
- Coaching Ninja classes for kids ages 4–12
- Creating a fun, safe and encouraging class environment
- Leading obstacle courses, drills and skill progressions
- Helping athletes build confidence, coordination and athletic ability
- Managing class flow and keeping athletes engaged
- Supporting in-house Ninja competitions and special events
- Communicating professionally with staff and families
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Ninja experience as an athlete or coach
- Background in gymnastics, parkour, obstacle course training or related sports is a plus

Recreational Gymnastics Coach
$19–$24/hrAre you passionate about working with kids and making a positive impact in their lives? Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy is looking for an energetic, reliable, and encouraging Recreational Gymnastics Coach to join our team. We believe gymnastics is about much more than skills and competition: it’s about helping kids build confidence, resilience, character, and a love for movement. This is a part-time position coaching recreational gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels. We’re currently hiring for both weekday and weekend shifts, with most coaching hours in the afternoons and evenings. This is not a seasonal position. Our ideal candidate is looking for a long-term opportunity and excited to grow with our team through the summer, into the fall, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Coach recreational gymnastics classes in a safe, positive, and engaging environment
- Build meaningful relationships with athletes and families
- Help students develop gymnastics skills while growing confidence and self-esteem
- Maintain class structure and manage groups effectively
- Ensure safety standards and gym policies are followed at all times
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to create an outstanding experience for every athlete
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for working with children
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to lead groups of children with confidence and enthusiasm
- Gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, teaching, childcare, or coaching experience preferred but not required

Competitive Gymnastics Coach
$21–$27/hrCentral Oregon Gymnastics Academy is looking for an enthusiastic, positive and athlete-focused coach to join our Competitive Team Program. At COGA, we believe sports should build kids up. We are committed to creating a positive team culture built on respect, hard work, encouragement and strong relationships. Our goal is not just to develop great gymnasts, but to help young people grow in confidence, resilience and character. This coach will work primarily with our USA Gymnastics Compulsory and Xcel Team athletes, helping deliver high-quality training while supporting the positive culture that defines our program. Ideal candidates will have personal experience as a competitive gymnast and/or some previous coaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a competitive gymnast
- Previous gymnastics coaching experience
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work well with athletes, parents and fellow coaches
- Reliable, professional and team-oriented

Preschool Gymnastics Coach (Tots Coach)
$19–$24/hrCentral Oregon Gymnastics Academy (COGA) is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Preschool Gymnastics Coach (aka Tots Coach) to join our team. No gymnastics experience? No problem: experience working with children ages 2 to 6 is required, but we’ll teach you the gymnastics side of things. We’re looking for someone patient, positive, dependable and excited to help young kids build confidence through movement and play. At COGA, we believe every child deserves coaches who make them feel seen, encouraged and successful, and we work hard to create a supportive culture for both our athletes and our staff.
What You’ll Do
- Coach preschool gymnastics classes for children ages 2 to 6
- Create a safe, fun and engaging learning environment
- Help children develop coordination, balance, strength and confidence
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
- Follow lesson plans while keeping classes energetic and age appropriate
- Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment
- Help maintain a clean, organized and safe gym environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children ages 2 to 6 is required
- Positive, energetic and encouraging personality
- Reliable with strong communication skills
- Comfortable leading groups of young children
- Ability to stay active throughout coaching shifts
- Gymnastics experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train the right person
