Jr Cheer is designed to build excitement and confidence while introducing the foundations of cheerleading. Athletes learn basic motions, jumps, cheers, beginner stunting and introductory tumbling skills. This class pulls from both sideline and competitive cheer to give kids a broad experience, including simple routines and performance opportunities. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, effort and having fun while learning what cheer is all about.
Sr Cheer is a high energy recreational class for athletes ready to explore cheer at a deeper level. Participants work on sharper motions, jumps, basic stunting, cheers and age appropriate tumbling while continuing to grow confidence and performance skills. This class blends elements of sideline and competitive cheer and may include small showcases or in-house performances. Perfect for athletes who want to try cheer or continue developing skills without the commitment of a competitive team.
