Club Team

The COGA Club Team is a unique program tailored for gymnasts who have competed on a USAG Jr Olympic team (whether at COGA or an outside club) but are seeking a more flexible and balanced approach to their gymnastics journey. Our club team offers a supportive and engaging environment led by our experienced competitive team coaching staff.

Designed with the needs of transitioning gymnasts in mind, our club team meets twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. This schedule allows for dedicated training sessions while still providing ample time for other commitments outside of the gym. Unlike traditional competitive teams, our club team is non-competitive and does not involve travel.

​Competitive Team

Our USA Gymnastics Jr. Olympic competitive team is invitation only. We typically move athletes up to the competitive team level once per year, at the beginning of our competitive season in late May – early June. The skills required for competitive team are far more advanced than in our recreational classes and it may take some athletes a couple/few years of Advanced & Pre-Team recreational gymnastics to perfect the skills, strength and flexibility necessary for our competitive team.
