REC GYMNASTICS

Our girls’ recreational gymnastics program is designed to help athletes build skills and confidence while having fun in our main gym. Classes focus on individual skill development, allowing gymnasts to move freely through the program as their skills improve and their coaches recommend advancement to the next level. Each child progresses at her own pace, and we’re here to support every gymnast’s unique journey.

Our amazing, supportive coaching staff uses structured weekly lesson plans and rotating stations. This approach ensures balanced time on every event, giving each gymnast the tools to master fundamentals, gain strength and coordination, and achieve personal milestones in a positive, encouraging environment.

All Recreational Gymnastics Classes occur at our Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy Location, 63060 Layton Ave. Bend, OR

Advanced

This is the last level before our Pre-Team classes. We continue to progress and built up to hard skills.  *It is very common for athletes to be remain in this level for several sessions, or longer as the skills they must master begin getting more complex.
